Birthdays, graduation parties, retirements and anniversaries: The Social Space gives you a private, styled 1,200 sq. ft. room in New Richmond for up to 48 guests, with lounge seating, dining tables and space for the food.
Made for milestones
- Grad parties. An open layout that keeps guests moving between the food, the photo boards and the lounge.
- Retirement parties. A polished send-off, with the TVs ready for a career slideshow.
- Birthdays and anniversaries. From a first birthday to a 50th, set it up the way you want.
- Evenings are easiest to get. Saturday 5–9 pm is our least-booked block, made for adult birthdays, game nights and holiday parties.
- Music welcome. DJs and live bands are allowed indoors. Bring your own speakers.
- Drinks next door. Gibby's Lanes sells beer, seltzers and wine to enjoy in the space. Order at least 8 days ahead, or buy at the bar on the day.
What's included
32 dinner chairs, 6 folding chairs, 4 barstools, two couches, two love seats, three accent chairs, two benches, three rectangular tables, an 8-ft folding table, two cocktail tables, a balloon arch, an easel, a whiteboard, two 65" Roku TVs (one wall-mounted, one on a rolling stand), Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, sink and coffee maker.
Party questions
Can kids come?
Of course. Children need to be supervised by an adult, and the person booking must be at least 21.
Can the party spill outside?
The event needs to stay inside the building unless we've agreed otherwise in writing, and alcohol can't go past the sidewalk.
What if we run over time?
Please book enough time for setup and cleanup. Going past your booking is $50 plus $25 for every extra 15 minutes, because another group may be checking in after you.
Is it cheaper on a weekday?
Yes. Monday through Thursday is $59/hour with a 1-hour minimum, versus $89–$99/hour on weekends. See full pricing.
