When you need a calm, private place to gather and remember someone, The Social Space offers a warm, home-like room in New Richmond for up to 48 guests, with comfortable seating, space for photos and memories, and room for a meal together.
A quiet room to share memories
- Comfortable for every guest. Couches, love seats and accent chairs for older relatives, plus dining tables for a shared meal.
- Room for photos and keepsakes. Tables for photo boards and memorabilia, an easel for a portrait or welcome sign, and two 65" Roku TVs (one wall-mounted, one on a rolling stand you can place by the photos) for a memorial slideshow.
- Private. The whole room is yours for the time you book, with a private restroom in the suite.
- Bring any caterer. There are no catering requirements, and the 16-ft kitchenette counter holds a buffet.
- Easy to find. Right off Highway 64 with parking out front and on the side.

Can we book on short notice?
Availability is live on our booking calendar, so you can see open times right away. If you have questions, call or text Brandon at 715-529-5051.
Can we show a photo slideshow?
Yes. Both TVs have HDMI connections, cords are provided, and there's Wi-Fi. Bring an adapter for your laptop or phone.
Can we serve drinks?
Yes. All alcohol must be bought from Gibby's Lanes next door, which you can enjoy in the space. Order at least 8 days ahead at (715) 246-2695.
What does it cost?
Monday through Thursday is $59/hour (1-hour minimum); Fridays and Sundays are $89/hour and Saturdays $99/hour (2-hour minimum), plus tax and booking fees. Full-day rates are on the pricing page.
